INKSOUP - ist ein weiterführendes Projekt das ich im gestartet 2024 habe, welches Performance, Malerei und Fotografie verbindet.
Der Tisch ist mit unterschidlichen Schalen gedeckt, alles in weiss, halb Labor, halb Festbankett.
Die Schalen werden mit Wasser gefüllt. Ich gehe langsam von einer Schale zur nächsten und lasse Tinte ins Wasser tropfen.
Darin passiert aber etwas Unkontrollierbares: Die Farbe zerfliesst, franst aus, zieht Fäden, bildet Inseln, zerfällt wieder. Die Formen die entstehen, erinnern gleichzeitig an biologische Prozesse (Zellteilung, Pilzsporen) und auch an kosmische Bilder – Galaxien, Explosionen oder vielleicht an eine Iris. Ein Kippen zwischen Mikro- und Makroebene das sich mit der Zeit in diffusem Nebel auflöst.
Materialien: Weisse Keramikschalen, Wasser & Tinte. Einzelne Momente werden fotografisch festgehalten.
INKSOUP is an ongoing project I launched in 2024 that combines performance, painting, and photography.
The table is set with various bowls, all white, half laboratory, half banquet. The bowls are filled with water. I move slowly from one bowl to the next, letting ink drip into the water. But something uncontrollable happens: the ink flows, frays, pulls threads, forms islands, and breaks apart again. The forms that emerge are reminiscent of both biological processes (cell division, fungal spores) and cosmic images—galaxies, explosions, or perhaps an iris. A shifting between the micro- and macro-levels that dissolves over time into a diffuse mist.
Materials: White ceramic bowls, water & ink. Individual moments are captured photographically.
